Refund policy

Everly Lane Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your Everly Lane purchase. Every item is made and packed with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We gladly offer a refund if your item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase and meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition – clean, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must still be attached.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, marks, odours, or damage.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • We do not accept returns on personalised items, sale items, or anything that has been worn or used.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at karen@everlylane.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.

To lodge a return, please email us at karen@everlylane.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We’ll provide you with instructions to send it back to us.
