Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 2-5 business days for orders containing personalised or custom made items. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Christmas Closure Period 

Our store will be closed over Christmas and New Years, from 12pm on the 24th December 2025, re-opening at 9am, Monday 5th January 2026. 
Any orders placed during this Christmas closure period will be processed once we re-open.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to Australia. Excess shipping rates may apply for extra large parcels such as multiple large items in one order or  items of heavy weights.

NB: please be advised that the above delivery time frames are estimates only. Once we have shipped your order with Australia Post, we do not have control over when it gets delivered. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 15km of Warwick Post Office.

Deliveries are made from 8am-5pm from Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the timeframe listed above, please contact us at karen@everlylane.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at karen@everlylane.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
