How to Use:

• Cold therapy: Freeze for 2 hours or submerge in icy water until cool.

• Heat therapy: Submerge in hot water or microwave for 10–20 seconds depending on wattage.

• Always insert into sleeve before applying and use for up to 20 minutes.

• Wash with warm soapy water after each use.
