How to Use:

• Cold therapy: Freeze for 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is reached.

• Heat therapy: Submerge in hot water or microwave (10–20 seconds depending on wattage).

• Always insert into the sleeve provided and apply for up to 20 minutes.

• Wash with warm soapy water between uses.
